	Mission The Dragonfly Institute marries information and wisdom. Assisting organizations and groups in finding greater meaning in their work while providing products and services that will support and nurture our descendents. To create a multi-directional environment for learning that includes person(s) framing the learning where portions of the learning are directed by the participants toward what interests them. To provide learning experiences that encompass: 1. Employee/individual well-being 2. A positive social and environmental impact 3. Financial success Ø The learning evolves skills that enhance our ability to observe ourselves and others from a multitude of perspectives and to evolve meaningful and useful conversations and communication. The evolution of these capabilities, through reading, writing, teaching others, listening to music, engaging in body work, watching films, reading poetry and literature and participating in experiential practices, will enable participants to do work in ways you may not have yet visualized. Ø To continuously invite both the light and shadow side of any issue so as to recognize, own, and learn from it. To diminish the destructive power of our shadows and to discover the “gold” within. Ø To heal organizational discord and enhance productivity through: Envisioning the dream and clarifying the values Refining relationships to create a sense of partnership among employees and stakeholders that inspires trust Examining information flow to ensure that sharing and feedback empower everyone
