A program designed to transform you and your organization

 

This unique six-month certificate program, Living Leadership, is designed specifically for leaders at all levels of the organization who want to using learning as a strategic business practice.  You will acquire models, frameworks, tools, and skills to deepen authenticity and embed continuous learning as part of the everyday culture. Our initial focus will be at the personal leadership level, closely followed with a focus on creating an intentional cascading effect of living leadership in your organization.

 

With over 50 hours of study this program enables you to:

·         Become a more successful leader through improved emotional intelligence

The program is rooted in contemporary research that includes the power of emotional and physical intelligence, collaborative relationships, and the philosophy and generative nature of language, .  An integrated awareness of how intelligence is expressed enables you to become an insightful observer of yourself and your learning processes, as well as the learning processes of others.  By exploring existing personal and organizational assumptions and belief systems that either expand or limit human potential, you will be open to more opportunities for effective action, use resources more wisely, and execute decisions with clear accountability.

·         By working with real-life organizational issues Apply the theory and practice of coaching and organizational learning

 

Program Structure and Content

 

Three courses over six months - accompanied by reading and writing assignments, learning groups, one-on-one coaching with certified and seasoned coaches, and opportunities to address real-time organizational issues.  The program includes classic and current breakthrough research and aims to create a focused environment for both personal and organizational enhancement through action learning.  As an accelerated learning program, you must be able to commit to regular experiments and practices in leadership development between sessions to embody your learning.

A registration fee of $1,000 will hold a place in the upcoming program.  Fees include all course handbooks, and program materials.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Registered participants who provide written cancellation notice to GMU five days prior to the Program beginning (DATE HERE) will be refunded their paid fees less $200 for administrative costs.  Registered participants who cancel by the last day of the opening workshop of the first course will be charged a fee of $1,000.  Registered participants who withdraw from the program after DATE HERE will forfeit their paid fees.  Substitutions may be made prior to the beginning of the program.
